		<description>&lt;p&gt;I use a little app called iRetrospect.  It basically keeps a log of how much time each application spends as the &quot;front&quot; window.  If I find that a web browser has the most time by a long ways (or an equal amount), I know to cut back the next day.  If Vim, XCode, or other actual work stuff is the clear winner, I know I can afford to chill a little bit.  Eventually I hit an equilibrium where I don&#039;t feel burned out, but I don&#039;t feel like I&#039;m wasting inordinate amounts of time.&lt;/p&gt;
